"Getting Pickled is the best thing that ever happened to Rummy."
Inspired by the familiar gameplay of Rummy, 3rd Shot Drop adds pickleball-themed action cards, strategic surprises, and plenty of opportunities to shake up the game. It's easy to learn, yet every round feels new.
Things are about to get a little Pickled!
It's your chance to shake things up, toss a lob into someone's game, and maybe cause a little friendly chaos. Skip a player, steal a Wild, poach a card, and play your cards right to send your opponents scrambling — because no good game of pickleball (or 3rd Shot Drop) is complete without a few surprises.
It all starts on the court in front of you. Build sets by matching the same number in different colors, or create runs by lining up three or more numbers in a row of the same color. Get your melds on the table, then keep adding cards as you go. The goal? Keep the points coming and get those cards out of your hand!
Everything that makes rummy great, plus everything that makes game night with pickleball people even better.
Build sets and runs, outsmart your opponents, and decide the perfect moment to play your action cards.
From Foot Faults to getting Pickled, theme-inspired action cards keep every game fresh, unpredictable, and ridiculously fun.
A perfect gift for paddle sport enthusiasts, league players, tournament competitors, coaches, or anyone obsessed with the fastest-growing sport.
Created by people who love playing pickleball and getting together with friends for game nights.
Combines classic rummy mechanics with strategic action cards for an engaging tabletop experience.
Fast-paced and easy to learn, but every round feels new — perfect for family and friend game nights alike.
These theme-inspired action cards are what turn a classic rummy game into 3rd Shot Drop.
Steal a Wildcard right out from under an opponent.
Drop this one and the next player picks up 3 cards.
Call a fault and skip any player's turn.
Play it as any number, in any color, any time.
Swoop in and grab a numbered card from the discard pile.
Fast to set up, quick to learn, and built for rematches.
Deal the cards, set the score pad on the table, and let the friendly chaos begin. 3rd Shot Drop plays fast enough for one more round after dinner, and has enough strategy to keep league players coming back.

"Bought this for game nite and it is a blast. It's rummy, really. Easy to learn. Just get rid of your hand first. The fun part is the action cards. It's painful and funny to get nailed with a Foot Fault or Pickled right when you thought you'd win. A fair amount of strategy to feel smart, a fair amount of luck to keep it fair. And you don't even have to play pickleball to enjoy it. Awesome gift for the pickleball fanatic."
"If you love pickleball and card games, this game is for you. We took it on vacation with us and introduced it to our cousins…a fun time was had by all! The game is easy to learn, entertaining and at a reasonable price point…will be my go to gift for my pickleball friends this Christmas!"
